Definition:
Are classified by an international system, according to international treaties to which the United States is a signatory. All goods and services included in trademark applications are classified by the Office according to this system.
Assignee
Definition:
The entity that is the recipient of a transfer of a patent application, patent, trademark application or trademark registration from its owner of record.
Subsequent Designation
Definition:
A request by the holder of an international trademark registration for an extension of protection of the registration to additional Contracting Parties.
