Definition:
A copyrightable work consisting of images that are related, presented in a series, and intended to be shown by the use of a machine, as well as any sound accompanying the work.
Supplemental Register
Definition:
Secondary trademark register for the USPTO. It allows for registration of certain marks that are not eligible for registration on the Principal Register, but are capable of distinguishing an applicant’s goods or services.
Design Code Search Manual
Definition:
Lists the numerical codes for searching designs in the USPTO’s trademark database (TESS).
